SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping varies inside the United States from $8.50 to $25 based on weight and item.
We do our best to process and ship orders out within 24 hours. However, in some cases when we are extremely busy (Special Drops, holidays, etc), please allow several days from when your order is placed before it is dispatched.
We ship out from South Florida and use the carrier USPS.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of the year (expect slower speeds around the holidays in November and December), with country/regional area’s being slowest and metropolitan areas being fastest.
Shipping varies between 2-8 days in most cases.
Once we drop your package off to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International shipping is now available to over 150+ countries!
We recommend placing international orders of over $100 to even out international shipping prices! Feel free to message us on Instagram or through our website with any questions or concerns regarding our international shipping policies!
If you are an international customer, please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Customs has been known to hold onto packages for an extended amount of time. We are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs policies. These fees are not shipping costs and we have no control over how they are applied.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that our policy for returns has been updated to NO RETURNS are accepted, but we would be happy to help see what went wrong with your order and how we can solve it. Email us at Contact@TheDirt-BikeDepot.com and we will work to quickly resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.
We do not accept returns for the reason that our used gear could potentially be used by the customer after purchase.
